I like one of sport like fun bike. Fun bike is healthy cycling togather. Usually, fun bike use mountain bike. But, now many kinds of unique bikes. And the most famost bike that widely used by teenager is fixie bike. Fixie bikes have colourfull of colour. Usually in the morning on the weekend, i and my best friend join funbike. It is so funtastic.

Juventus Soon Introduce Paul Pogba

Juventus was allegedly going to announce the presence of Manchester United's Paul Pogba. The rumors were reported by Football Italia.

today, our friend (Hafidzuddin Q K) have an accident in Buduran, Sidoarjo. So he can't join our college today, just praying for his safety right now.

My Activities

Last friday, I back to home in Sidoarjo. I try release the mind from daily task. On Saturday night, my family have "walimah" invitiation from our neighbor. Because of my father still in Malang, so I replace to attend that invitiation. On Sunday, I went to Marina Plaza . I searched the handphone, because my handphone was lost 3 weeks ago. There are so many counter which sell kind of handphone. I very confuse. So, I decided to buy handphone with cross type.  The Price is Rp. 375.000. I think that is not expensive because the content is very complete.

            History never repeated for second time. This life is history. What  we do now never same as what we have done in previous days.
           So, try to learn to enjoy what is on this day, no matter this day fun day or annoying today, because today will become the history of life on the next day

What would you do?

there are some ways that you can do. first of all you tried to say the fact that did not have any money to the restaurant manager, if it is cannot work you gave your talent as International Dishwasher to clean all their plat, spoon, glass, and so on. Than, if  it is still failed, you tried to deal with the management staff than leave all my staff there, except my cloth and pant. For the last ways, if all of your ways does not work well, you can walk slowly like commonly people and than, just run away without any permission don't forget to say "whuuuzzzzz" that is the best way that you can do. :( bad

                         Mayday a National Holiday?

Hundreds of workers staged a demonstration to coincide with International Mayday, Tuesday (01/05/2012). With the demands of workers in other citiesin the country, they also demanded on May 1, designated as a national holiday.

Sunday morning my family and I went Jl. raya Darmo to cycling because there is "car free day". The event was at the start of the hours of 6:00 to 11:00. after I got my bike and my brother and my parents morning gymnastics. There are many people who are biking or even just run its course with a friend. After cycling we were waiting for my parents and went to breakfast. We eat "pecel" is my favorite food. With a drink "iced tea"
Food feels good.
After that I went home and my family is still cycling in Darmo. After I was tired of coming home. But on the trip it rained and I stopped at a store.
But because it did not stop the rain, I did continue berjalanan. I got home my body wet.

How to Maintain and Improve Stamina

In the daily activities do not doubt that stamina is of paramount importance in conducting any activity. So also a sportsman, for example on the futsal game. Stamina is the most important thing in making a good game of futsal and beautiful. Because of the stamina that awake the mind to think clearly and quickly in the process, the legs will feel light so it will move faster, and the Agency will move quickly so do not be lazy in finding and keeping a ball or a duel with an opponent. So how to maintain and improve stamina? 

First: Drink lots of plain water in daily life because it will dilute the blood when the water is absorbed by the body so that oxygen is absorbed much any more cells.
 
Second: Change bad habits, like smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages. This will reduce the capture of oxygen by the lungs.
 
Third: Do not often sleep at night or staying up late will get tired quickly because cells do not have enough hours of rest.
 
Fourth: Eat nutritious food, not too many carbohydrates. Will cause a lot of sugar and not too much but just often eat alone.
 
Fifth: Adequate rest and take vitamins or supplements that are suitable and can help you.
 
Six: Eat one ripe banana fruit of any kind. Because many vitamins and stamina enhancer.

My Hometown Kediri

Kediri is my hometown. That was where I was born and started various activities. Kediri is located in East Java are in the south. Located about 120 kilometers from the capital of east Java, Surabaya. With an average altitude of about 38 meters in the city, the city's air is cool and comfortable. This is different from the air in the north eastern Java is quite hot and has a lot of air pollution.

Kediri is a very beautiful city with a good arrangement of the order of the rules and still green. Although there are large factories such as the warehouse of salt but there is still a green belt in the area of ​​each plant.
