after I was trained for three days ago, I will share my new insight about negotiation.
negotiation is one way to influecing the other person to do something. first, you must looking convicing. your personality must be good. and than your speech must be in polite way, regarding our partner. the last is understanding the condition and situation. if our partner is busy, don't continue your speaking.
