Surabaya is one of so many city in Indonesia. Surabaya
located in East Java - Java Island – Indonesia. Surabaya is one of some big
city in Indonesia and be the second biggest city in Indonesia after Jakarta.
Surabaya is a harbor city because Surabaya located in the side of the Java Sea.
In Surabaya there is a zoo that be the oldest zoo in Asia, that zoo is Surabaya
zoo. And in Surabaya there is a famous monumnet, that monument is Pahlawan
monument, Pahlawan monument located near with the Grahadi building that be the
office of East Java Governor. Surabaya is a beautiful and clean city and in
2011 Surabaya be the cleanest city in South East Asia and get the title as the
city that can totally manage the area well.
The famous icon of Surabaya is the monument of shark and
crocodile and be the symbol of this city, and in Surabaya there is some world
class university, for example Airlangga University, Sepuluh Nopember Institute
Of Technology (ITS), Petra Christian University, Electronic Engineering
Politechnic Institute Of Surabaya (EEPIS) and so on.
Surabaya also has the bridge that located in Madura strait
that connected Surabaya City and Madura Island. This bridge is the longest
bridge in Southe East Asia and be one of the best bridge in the world, this
bridge is more than 5 KM.
